Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make cancellations as easy as possible for you.

• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched or delivered. To cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.

• Rental Service Cancellations: Cancellations for rental services must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period.

• Non-Cancelable Orders: Once the product has been dispatched or the service has been rendered, cancellations are not allowed.
